How long does the career preparation process take?
The length of the process depends on many factors such as the applicant's experience, and the skills and talents that define the applicant's achievements. Some applicants require only several days or weeks to match firms, while others need months to years to build their coherent, outcome-oriented evidence. So the preparation process is not a time-bound program. It involves setting direction, forming capabilities, and executing successful strategies.
Is the career preparation intended solely for the applicants that know what they want to pursue?
No. Those who are undecided benefit significantly from the structured exploration and diagnostic guidance we provide. Also, those that have a defined direction benefit much from validation, refinement, and strategic acceleration of their trajectory we facilitate.
